2. Products
Morro sells Recovery Lingual Strips — food supplements. Products are described with images, ingredients and pricing on each product page. Colors and packaging may differ slightly from photographs.
Important: our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
3. Orders and contract formation
The contract of sale is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal. Morro does not store card details.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. 7. Legal warranty of conformity
Consumers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (24 months) under D.Lgs. 170/2021 for defects existing at delivery.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Morro's liability is limited to the price paid for the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded (fraud, personal injury caused by defective products under D.Lgs. 206/2005 art. 114 ff.).
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (logo, texts, images, code) is owned by Morro or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.
10. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the courts of the consumer's place of residence in the EU have jurisdiction. EU consumers can also access the online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
