Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, artt. 52–58) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designated) receive the products to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons.
How to withdraw
- Send an unequivocal statement to [TO FILL — returns email] — you may use the model form provided in Annex I.B of the Consumer Code.
- Ship the products back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Refund
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.
Exclusions
Under Art. 59 D.Lgs. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened (Art. 59(e)).
- Products which by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is free for USA orders. For other countries, return shipping is at the consumer's expense unless the product is defective or non-conforming.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [TO FILL] with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
